How does bidding work?

Every auction runs for exactly 30 minutes. Bids go up in fixed increments the platform sets — you can never bid more or less than the next valid step. If a bid lands in the final moments, the clock extends slightly so everyone gets a fair chance. You must be KYC Tier 2 (bank + PAN verified) to bid.

How do I sell an animal?

Post a listing with the animal's details, four photos (front, back, teeth, udder) and a short walking video. Once it clears moderation, you schedule the 30-minute auction. Set a base price you're happy with and an optional reserve — the reserve stays hidden from bidders.

What is KYC and what do the tiers mean?

Tier 1 (phone verified) lets you browse and watch auctions. Tier 2 adds bank and PAN verification and unlocks bidding and selling. Start from KYC verification — your progress is saved as you go.

Is my money safe?

Yes — payments never go to the seller directly. Your money sits in escrow until you confirm delivery, and you have a 24-hour inspection window to dispute. Read the full rules in Refunds & buyer protection.

Report an issue

For problems with an order, file a dispute from that order during the inspection window — it reaches our officers with the evidence attached. For anything else, write to help@pashubid.in and include your order ID.
