Where your documents go
Verification documents are used for exactly one thing: confirming you are a real, accountable trader. They are never shown to other users, never sold, and sellers only ever see your delivery details after your money is already held in escrow. The data-handling details live in the privacy policy.
How long does review take?
Phone verification is instant. The Tier 2 documents are checked by the verification vendor — most are cleared the same day, and you'll get an alert here and in the app the moment your badge lands. If a document is rejected, the reason comes with the alert and you can resubmit without starting over.
