| Released | Deal complete, seller paid | Nothing — leave a review if you like |
| Disputed | An officer is reviewing evidence | Decision lands within 72 hours |
| Refunded | Money returned to you in full | Nothing — back to the room |
| Partially refunded | The officer split the amount | Read the ruling on the order |
| Forfeited | The payment window lapsed | The lot was re-listed — bid again |
