Refunds & buyer protection
Every rupee on PashuBid moves through escrow. The seller never touches your money until you have the animal and are satisfied — these are the rules the platform's escrow system enforces on every order.
How escrow protects you
When you win an auction, you pay into a PashuBid escrow account — not to the seller. Your payment is held by the platform. Only after you confirm delivery does the money release to the seller, minus the platform commission shown on your order before you pay. The seller sees your delivery address and phone number only after your funds are held, never before.
When you get a refund
After delivery you have a 24-hour inspection window. If the animal is not as described — wrong breed, missing health papers, not delivered — file a dispute from your order during that window with at least two pieces of evidence (photos, videos, or documents). A PashuBid dispute officer reviews both sides within 72 hours and rules for a full refund, a partial refund, or a release. If the seller misses delivery, the order is refunded in full without you lifting a finger.
Deadlines at a glance
Pay within 24 hours of winning, or the order lapses and the lot may be re-listed. The seller delivers while funds are held. You inspect within 24 hours of delivery. Disputes are decided within 72 hours of filing.
This build is a demo prototype: no real money moves yet. The binding legal versions of these policies are reviewed before the platform accepts real payments — see Terms of use.
